My name is Mohamed kader

I have dedicated my life to empower others through Strength & Conditioning. Vitality, balance &  of mind and body (which are actually one system working harmoniously) are your natural states; our desk jobs and sugar coated donuts have made us turn a blind eye to our God-given rights to be our most powerful selves.

My approach to training is simple.

  2. Train smart & safe
  3. Make progress

Boxing is an integral part of the training we will do together; preparing our Psychosomatic systems for any situation whilst maintaining mobility and balance preforming violent movements with grace
